What You’ll Do:

• Recruit Top Drivers: Actively sell our driver program to potential hires and pre-screen candidates.
• Support Safety and Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet safety standards, including FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Innovate Recruitment Strategies: Help shape our driver recruitment, retention strategies, and programs.
• Problem-Solve and Organize: Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
• Recruitment Experience: 6+ months of experience in transportation recruiting (FMCSA/DOT experience is a plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Tenstreet or similar ATS systems preferred.
• Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of transportation recruitment experience
